I went to Timothy Hensick for a pre-nuptial agreement. He used me as simply a cash cow. We met several times; way too many. One time, even though I think it was not legal, he met with both myself and my wife-to-be. Incredibly, after that meeting, he put not one thing we had discussed and agreed on in the next draft. He made so many drafts, and made enough errors in each one so as to warrant another one, that by the end I just wanted to end the fund drainage. Eventually I took one of the drafts and rewrote it myself, and told him I accepted that draft. As if I needed to give him more money, he told me the document was only a "draft," wasn't 'finished,' and I had to come in and have him sign it. Laughable. I simply took what I had and went and had it notarized. Boy, did I get taken by him.
He literally said nothing in court every time and did nothing. 2500 dollars flushed down the toilet. Dont recommend
