Hired Attorney

I was referred to Trang Tran from a close mutual friend within the BJJ/MMA community that we both are apart of. At first, I really liked the Attorney. I notified him upfront that it was an employment law claim against H.C. Not many people have the courage to take on the government (there are other reasons as well) He assured me that I he has gone against HC many times and has won. So had no issues with them. Before the consultation, I made it very clear that if he has no interest in filing against the government then I don't need to schedule an appointment and pay him $500 for a case he wasn't going to take anyway. He said all the right things. Sent some follow up questions, which I answered in great detail. I provided better evidence than 90% of the cases he takes (according to his own words) then ghosted. Yes, we had not signed a contract yet. However his demeanor made it seem like he would. All and all, I believe he was untruthful about having any intention on going up against H.C.
