If you are looking for representation on an appeal matter in the courts in Texas, do not look anywhere else. This is the only lawyer you would want to hire in the whole state. Tim knows the law better than some judges I have worked with, and is a former staff attorney for the court of appeals. He knows their processes and how to best work with them that can alleviate a lot of the frustration of working in the court of appeals, which is not like a regular court. In working with him you get decades of expertise, honesty, and efficiency in getting the results you want for a very fair price. Tim is genius-level brilliant, and while it's not a fun process going through an appeal, the support and feedback he provides is invaluable. I'd give him ten stars if I could.
Used Tim for several years and he is a real Super Lawyer
HE WAS HIRED TO DO A JOB AND COULDN'T DO IT AND THEN ASKED ME TO HIRE A NEW LAWYER AND I TOLD HIM I NEED A REFUND SO I COULD DO SO AND HE REFUSED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT EVER HIRE HIM , HE IS A SCAM OF A LAWYER . IF YOU GET PAID TO DO A JOB AND YOU CANT DO IT YOU SHOULD REFUND THAT PERSON, NOT TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE NOW TAKING MONEY FROM YOUR KIDS , YOU DIDN'T EARN THAT MONEY , YOU SHOULD RETURN ..SCAM SCAM ...SCAM ..STAY AWAY FROM TIM HOOTMAN
