My wife and I had an issue with a tenant, we contacted the firm, and Len Walker called us within the hour. Attorney Walker had a firm command of the law, was a straight shooter, and he gave us solid advice. He got right to the point, he did not waste our time, and we would call him again for counsel.
Sept 2021 - I damaged my neighbor's trees. Fair restitution was offered and rejected at 5k. My neighbor wanted me to repair his neglected property for 50k plus attorney fees. The only attorney I considered to represent me was Mr. Weaver, as he had superbly represented me in an HOA case, and this one. April 2020 - My HOA fined me, threatened further legal action, and refused to acknowledge my emails and phone calls over a three month period regarding my ivy covered courtyard fence, which had been on my fence for years. Apparently a new member on the HOA board disliked it and began this campaign to make me remove it. One letter from Mr. Weaver citing over five legal doctrines of laches (I learned a new term) stopped the process, and my HOA and management company agreed what I had on my fence was acceptable. I cannot thank Mr. Weaver enough for taking this case on when no other attorney would assist me, his professionalism, knowledge of law, and reasonable cost.
My HOA fined me, threatened further legal action, and refused to acknowledge my letters, emails, and phone calls to them over a three month period; regarding my ivy covered courtyard fence; which has been on my fence for years. Apparently one of the board of directors took a dislike to it and began this campaign to make me remove it. Trying to find an attorney to assist me was difficult, as many attorneys wanted nothing to do with HOA matters; stating it can be costly, time consuming and not worth their trouble. I spoke to Mr. Richard Weaver. This was during the Covid 19 pandemic so all matters were handled by email and phone calls. One letter from him citing over five legal doctrines of laches (I learned a new term) stopped my HOA and they agreed what I had on my fence was acceptable. I cannot thank Mr. Weaver enough for taking this case on when no one else would assist me, his professionalism, knowledge of law, and completely reasonable fee.
