Hired Attorney Jay H. Dushkin

Working with Jay Dushkin was a great experience. After I engaged Jay, he was able to take a situation that had hit a dead end and was able to find common ground between the parties involved which lead to a mutually beneficial agreement. Jay accomplished this resolution in a professional and understanding manner while treating both parties fairly. Jay's efforts and success in this case allowed resolution in a timely manner. I was thoroughly impressed by Jay's legal acumen and respectful negotiation. If needed again, Jay is the lawyer that I would contact to handle an equitable resolution between two parties.

You will always know exactly where you stand with Jay and with the law governing your concerns. He is tenacious in the recovery of unpaid funds and any contract he approves is iron clad. Don’t sign you’re your name to anything until he has gone over it first. It can prevent complications down the road that you cannot even imagine. He is the best I know at what he does.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
