Hired Attorney Ashok Bail

Mr.Bail took my case when no one else would bother. Most other firms didn't even reply. He has a big compassionate heart and agreed to meet with me to discuss my case. I had no idea what to expect but he explained the process every step of the way and I was never in the dark throughout the case. I was assured by his knowledge and felt at ease knowing that he will handle everything to get the best outcome for me. Because of his expertise I was offered twice the original amount! I highly recommend this attorney and really appreciate his willingness to help other disabled people. I'm a satisfied client because I was taken seriously, whenever I reached out with a question I got a prompt reply, and I was accommodated for my disability. I'm so grateful for his help. I can't thank him enough for what he's done for me.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
