Best Law Firm Excellent service and helpful.
I first met Steve at a seminar on estate planning 20 years ago. He impressed me with his expertise and demeanor. I since used him for my personal wills and estate planning. He is knowledgeable, personable, responsive, and very reasonably priced. I frequently recommend him to others and have heard nothing but good things from everyone I've sent his way.
Run. Communication was practically non-existent. We asked for clarification on a will. No one has given us an answer despite no less that 7 phone calls. Excessive billing with no itemization. His involvement in handling this small estate has become ridiculous. I am angry, disgusted, and disheartening. Find someone else.
Awful experience overall. He never followed on any of the traced strategies that would have made our case an open/close case, and let the case evolve all against us by not doing anything agreed on the expensive meetings regarding the case, at the end we end up paying not only the amount that we got sue for but also both attorneys expenses, a total of 200% of the amount in dispute. We contacted the Houston Bar for mediation and he declined any participation. We would never personally recommend hi
