Knowledgeable and very accessible to litigants. Judge Peake’s court has an express docket allowing attorneys and litigants 10 minutes with the court to discuss pending case issues! Judge Peake takes time to review cases prior to hearings and clearly articulates her reasoning

I contacted Mrs. Peake by phone and she gave me advice right there and then. I did not have to go to her office for a consultation. Free and simple she was able to see my divorce decree and give me legal advice. Not like other lawyers trying to get money in their pocket. I was really please with her services. If I need additional legal advice in her area of expertise I know where to go. Thank you Mrs. Peake.

She has been an excellent attorney for my partners' dads' estate. She has always been upfront and honest and very willing to help us in anyway she can

She does not practice law- she creates it from the bench. It is questionable that she even knows what the law is considering the changes she forces in modifications. "Best interest of the children" to her, means cutting the child in half. It does not matter one tiny bit about safety, stability, or case law. She clearly believes the ability to procreate trumps all neglect, abuse and legit proven concerns. If a parent brings up legit concerns, she will roll her eyes and ignore them, chalking it up to unresolved lovers drama or something. These are not real kids and families to her and she will punish and ridicule responsible parents who have violated no order and have continuously acted in best interest of their child in favor of deadbeats acting out to avoid child support and will help them get away with rampant legal abuse. She hides her "open court" on a platform her manager has to approve people to watch or not and boot out for no reason. She goes off record a lot too. Wonder why...

Has it in her head that all cases are the same and all situations are same. Kicked us out in middle of hearing and pulled attorneys in back room to make a ruling in secret with no record without even barely hearing my side of case. She won't listen to anything that doesn't match her opinion of how all things should be. One set of rules for her favorites and one set for the rest of us. Ask for rules to get followed and she will get rid of the record again.

Disrespectful and unprofessional. Holds hearings for pro se, makes a ruling, and then refuses to sign their orders or make notes and yells at pro se for pointing it out . Goes off record to disregard standing rules and yell at people that she will do what she wants in her court. Signs "agreed orders" that are not agreed. Insists on making big unnecessary changes in temp orders but rushes through the hearing, rolls her eyes and makes snide comments thruout. Let's some attorneys have unlimited resets and get a case dragged out for years. She makes opinions based on biases not evidence, etc. Not her kids. Not her money. Not her problem.

During my case, I felt Sandra Peake was extremely biased against women, in particular, women whom are not of the same race. She is even on a committee for fathers rights which means she clearly doesn't represent justice for ALL. She forgot very important details surrounding my case and got many facts wrong. She rejected the majority of my testimony which prevented me from receiving a fair trial. She conducted herself inappropriately and at one point said, "I'm done" and abruptly ended our zoom meeting after waiting months to be heard. She prolonged my trial and constantly reset it, to the point it was held over for YEARS! She signed agreements that she didn't thoroughly read, documents in which I was not privy to. At one point she treated my attorney in a hostile manner after he became frustrated because everything that was being said was being dismissed by her, in which, she ordered an apology on the spot or she would stop the trial altogether. This person lacks patience.
