Before practicing law, Mr. Berleth's journey began as an Eagle Scout and continued with service in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman, where he performed various combat roles. He earned degrees in Emergency Management and Public Administration, graduating Summa Cum Laude from West Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University. After completing his Juris Doctor at Texas Tech in 2016, he joined the Texas and Montana State Bars and gained admission to several federal courts.
Mr. Berleth founded his firm in 2017, grounded in public service and personalized, courageous representation. Outside the office, he enjoys restoring antique machinery and spending time with his wife, children, dogs, and backyard chickens.
