He earned degrees in Emergency Management and Public Administration, graduating Summa Cum Laude from West Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University. After completing his Juris Doctor at Texas Tech in 2016, he joined the Texas and Montana State Bars and gained admission to several federal courts.
