Richard was the second attorney involved im my son's divorce. Richard did in less than 3 weeks what the first attorney couldn't do in over 4 months. Richard was available, trust worthy and persistant.
He had a terrible legal assistant at the beginning of our case, and her lack of follow through cost us time and money and unfavorable outcomes. Other than that, Richard was fine.

After collecting over $26,000 in fees, he ignored nearly every request we made. We sent email after email explaining our situation—he did not read or respond in a meaningful way. Instead of protecting our interests, he worked with opposing counsel, demeaned my wife, and even attempted to flip the script and use leverage against us that he didn’t have. He accomplished nothing of value in our case. When confronted, Richard claimed he was “resigning due to sickness,” which we know is not true—but at that point we were simply relieved to be rid of him. He is incoherent, fails to understand or apply the law, and left us financially and legally worse off. Summary: Took over $26,000 with zero results. Ignored emails and client direction. Colluded with the other side instead of fighting for us.
