My case has not been in their hands long enough to give a proper rating.
I have been with this firm throughout the 3M Earplugs Settlement process and they have not been very proactive or informative to clients about what is going on with the ledgering status. I sent an email to follow up with the progress on my claim and to see when we might start seeing some movement. This was the response: "Our firm has chosen not to use Brown Greer for ledgering. As a result, there has been a delay in processing payments for our clients. We are now collaborating with Milestone to manage the ledgering for this settlement. When we receive funds for our clients, Milestone will provide documentation to them. Once clients return the required documentation, payments will be issued approximately 2 weeks after Milestone processes the documentation." So basically, the firm chose to opt out of ledgering without any input from the clients that they're representing. Now that they've made this decision without consulting with clients, we have to wait even longer for our payments.
This is the most disorganized, unprofessional and disappointing law firm I have ever came in contact with. They were initially quick and responsive to get you to fill out the intake forms and sign the agreement for their representation. However, since that time. 33 days now, I have not received a single call back. I call daily, only to be told that no intake specialists are available and they will put an URGENT request in to have someone call me back. Not one returned phone call. STILL WAITING
