I retained Attorney Culpepper to represent me in an out of state consumer fraud case. Once I paid the retainer fee to him, he did not return calls & informed me that he was too busy with other cases to return my calls and inquiries. He falsely told me that he drafted and served paperwork to defendant, and I later found that paperwork was not sent. He billed me $200 for negotiations, when I asked what negotiations he had, he replied "I never spoke to anyone, but left one message on voicemail."
