Complete failure! Bawled out by the judge during the hearing for failing to represent me properly- submitted incomplete paperwork resulting in my case being dismissed. Then he turned it around and tried to blame me. (Yes, I am a woman- another example of his contempt for women) Beware!!!
Hired Paul Kennedy for a contempt case a month ago. When I noticed he hadn’t lift a finger on the issue I hired him for.. I reached out to let him know that it’s okay if he’s not passionate about the child’s well-being. I gave him a chance to relinquish his responsibilities. I guess he thought the one email would satisfy my expectations.. I called the office a week later .. secretary confirmed no work has been done or that anything was filed and he was out of the office for COVID 19.. I call bulllll! Immediate FIRE. Spending thousands of dollars for representation should include someone who has determination to execute and win .. this is not the man for any family case.
PLEASE BELIEVE ANY NEGATIVE REVIEW!!!! Rude, incompetent, misogynistic, divorcee is the only way to describe Mr. Paul Kennedy. Any “good review” he has or received I can guarantee you was by a male, or fake. If Paul put in half the effort into begging for his fees as into an actual case he’d probably have clients. But instead, he tries to suck clean the few he probably has for no effort at all and treating them like they’re worthless. Mr. Kennedy has a personal vendetta against women. Probably because his ex wife he likes to talk about so much. Absolutely DO NOT hire him.
He upcharged my loved ones right after giving them a quote then surprise surprise did absolutely nothing and wanted more money . He's useless in family law and doesn't give a d*MN. HATER is spelled all over his behavior towards women an he does Nothing after you pay him except for look for loop holes in asking for more money he's a waste DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY .
