Patrick Daniel Law is a law firm established in 2005 with an office in Houston, TX. At this office location, there are 5 lawyers practicing catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice & misdiagnosis, products liability / dangerous and defective products and 13 other areas of law.

The case dealt with a potential medical malpractice claim. I was very pleased with the firm; however, after three months of working on our case, we were informed, by a letter, that the firm was dropping our case. I didn't receive a clear reason as to why the case was dropped. Also, I discovered that a demand letter had been forwarded with multiple embarrassing typos. I attempted to follow-up with the firm regarding the demand letter but no one would speak with me. It was so disappointing to be dismissed so abruptly.
Patrick Daniel was my attorney for 8 years. He advised me to trust him 100%. I was always taking off of work for dr appointments all over the place he would make. I was at a job where I made over $200K a year. And eventually I lost it because they looked at me as a liability for all missed work time. I had a 2 part case with multiple lawsuits. Patrick Daniel keep 80% of my settlement. He provided no receipts or settlement breakdown. He is a liar and a crook. He cares about no one but himself. I currently opened a case against him with the bar association. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. He has done this to multiple people from what I am being told from previous employees. Also his employee turn over rate is on next level lol.
