I am surprised that my divorce did not proceed quickly. I had retained my lawyer prior to beginning proceedings. I understand that I had previously halted the process but upon confirming my wish to proceed, it took entirely too long to get started. Communications were good, but actions were slow in happening. Lawyers are very busy in this time, I do appreciate my lawyer's communication, and knowledge and mostly advice, although I didn't follow her instruction, I would still rehire her.
