Myrna Davila Gregory is a native Houstonian. After graduating as Valedictorian from Douglas Mac Arthur Sr. High School, Ms. Gregory graduated with Honors with a B.S. in Biology from the University of Houston and received her JD from Bates College of Law/University of Houston Law Center in 1988. Ms. Gregory is admitted to practice law in all courts in Texas and the United States District Court-Southern District of Texas.
Ms. Gregory is dedicated to the compassionate yet aggressive representation of clients in civil and family law matters.
Myrna Gregory is a member of the Houston Bar Association, Family Law Section and Civil Litigation Section, the College of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Family Law Foundation and a certified Mediator by the A. A. White Dispute Resolution Institute. Ms. Gregory has mediated hundreds of family law matters for the District Courts of Harris County, Texas and surrounding counties and is frequently requested to serve as mediator by members of the Harris County and surrounding Bar Associations. Ms. Gregory also frequently serves as a Court appointed mediator in Family Law matters. Ms. Gregory has served and continues to serve as an Amicus and Guardian ad Litem for hundreds of children.
Myrna Gregory has served in the capacity of Special Master in Family District Courts in Harris County Texas.
Ms. Gregory has tried cases to jury verdicts in both civil and family law matters throughout Texas, including Harris, Brazoria, Walker and Tarrant counties. As a civil litigator, Ms. Gregory has negotiated and settled multimillion dollar lawsuits.
Ms. Gregory is fluent in Spanish and has travelled extensively throughout the world. When she is not practicing law, Ms. Gregory enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating and volunteering in numerous capacities at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.
