My life is at stake, and yet this man has absolutely refused to represent me in court. When I asked to move on any motions, but even motions that the judge mentioned to us, and he flat out told me no. Then he follows with "admonishments" regarding me going pro se, because there is no way I would be appointed another attorney by the court. He terrorizes his clients, and then the idea that we are forced to stay with him, less we suffer the ultimate indignity of becoming a pro se litigant in the court. I feel like pro se be damned, because keeping him as a lawyer is a definite death sentence for your cause. - RUN!
