This attorney was very slow to make progress. At one point she did not respond to calls and emails for a 3 week period. I thought something had happened to her, so I filed my oath and requested my letters of testamentary myself. I was in the process of selling the house for the estate and needed to have this done before the closing. When the title company called her, she answered right away. She had obviously been ignoring me. Very unprofessional.
