Hired Attorney Mr. Marc E. Stewart

It's difficult to believe that he used an expert to review my case since any expert would have realized that the proper X-ray was not taken, . And he wasted my time and contributed to the statute of limitations running out preventing me from winning an easily winnable malpractice suit. The most respectable and professional and ethical but thing he can do for any prospective client is to tell them that he is not capable to handle medical malpractice cases and let them find someone who is competent.
