Hired Law Firm

I hired this attorney for a probate matter which was not that complicated. Rex and his paralegal Ashley who was extremely inexperienced, caused me a great deal of money, panic attacks, time energy and mental anguish.. I was made to feel like they would handle the matter in a expidited fashion and had lots of experience in probate.. NEITHER OF THESE details were true.. I could go in in great detail the methods in which Lloyd Rex Bennet of Mann Phillips law firm botched my probate matter but I will spare you.. having to protect assets that were very clearly left you and being conned for two years by a hack of an attorney is not what I needed on top of losing a close family member. If you are so unfortunate to find yourself in a probate case whether straight forward or complicated… DO NOT RETAIN REX. ENNET OR ANY OTHER ATTORNEY AT THIS FIRM! the main partners took no action when I regularly brought up legitimate complaints against this attorney.. this lawyer Rex should be disbarred.
