Lyndsay Fincher joined the Business Group in January 2013. Her practice is primarily devoted to private securities, corporate and real estate transactions including commercial leasing, asset and stock purchase transactions, and public/private partnerships.

Prior to joining BoyarMiller, as an associate for a boutique firm in Houston, Lyndsay worked on various corporate and real estate matters including entity formation, corporate governance, and acquisition, development, leasing, management and disposition of residential and commercial properties.

As a dean’s scholar at South Texas College of Law, Lyndsay served as the Managing Editor for the Texas Business Journal, the official publication of the State Bar of Texas. During that time, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Bohm and with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. Prior to law school, Lyndsay was a sixth grade math and science teacher at Yes Prep Public Schools.
