Hired Attorney Ms. Laura D. Dale

Unresponsive. Sometimes I waited up to 3 weeks to have my call and emails returned by this lawfirm. They woukd not even i f9rm me when they passed on hearing or when there was a rescheduling and I would wait all days to hear the result of those court proceedings qhoch never occured. Responses were dripping with condescension whenever I co fronted them about these bahaviors. The lawfirm claims to specalize in international family law yet they have zero knowledge of any system outside the US system (such as the fact that the rest of the world is using Whatsapp to communicate or that not every country has the same number of digits in a telephone number). Their delays and lack of responsiveness caused me to miss deadlines in the foregin country in which I reside and compromised my legal staus here. Overall their tone and treatment of me was respectless and patronizing. If only their client service matched their falsley inflated view of themselves.
