Kent Hanszen is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and enjoys an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell's Peer Review Ratings. He brings a broad perspective to litigation, having worked for large firms in Beaumont and Houston, as well as having developed his own practice. He has specialized in business disputes, including trade secret and non-competition issues, insurance coverage matters, contract claims, and oil and gas matters. He earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Finance from Texas A&M University. He is licensed to practice in all Texas State courts, the Federal Courts of the Southern District and Eastern District of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
