Hired Attorney Mr. Kelly Joseph

I would like to just share our experience and ask that you really do your homework in selecting an attorney. My Brother was so excited after meeting Kelly. Dad’s kind of don’t get a fair wrap in custody cases but he left feeling like he finally was being heard. That initial consultation was really one of a couple times he’s actually spoken to Kelly in months since acquiring him. He usually gets Canon who doesn’t seem to run his advice by Kelly and then that will start a chain of phone calls bc of confusion. “Time is money” has been quoted a few times. This has been one of the hardest experiences we have ever faced as a family and we hoped the attorney we picked would help make this process easier. That hasn’t been our experience. Get all fees discussed and signed up front like how much per phone call, email, document filed, and how much to replenish the account. If you want to be able to communicate with your attorney with ease, then you might find someone else.

Hired Law Firm

Mr Joseph is without Ethics from the oath he took many years ago.In a custody battle he argued that a young child stay in a home were a parent was abusing them.The child was diagnose with severe depression,and suicide thought from the abusive home.Yet in court Mr. Joseph dumbie down asking the judge to keep the child in that same environment. Putting the child at an even greater risk for more mental and emotional damage in their development as a child. Mr.Joseph has No Integrity for Justice.
