Kelly began her legal career after graduating with her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Genesee Community College, a State University of New York school. After relocating to Houston, she began working for the family law firm of Jacob & Schweppe in 1998. Upon completion of her studies in English at the University of Houston in August of 2005, she enrolled at South Texas College of Law, where she graduated in December of 2008. After her admission to the State Bar of Texas in May of 2009, she began her career as an attorney as an associate at Golda R. Jacob, and Associates. She was a named Partner at Jacob & Fritsch from 2010 until October of 2012, and at Jacob, Fritsch & Ramos from October 2012 until March 2014. In January 2015, Kelly was certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Family Law. Her practice is currently focused in Harris, Montgomery and Fort Bend Counties; however she is licensed to practice throughout Texas.

Hired Attorney Ms. Kelly L. Fritsch

Extremely competent. She was court appointed amicus attorney for my kids in divorce. She was precise, efficient and very focus on the needs of the children. As a parent it was Very Clear she was there to represent the kids. Even when she did not support some of the things I wanted it was clear she was coming from the kids best interest. She communicated her position clearly. Extremely well prepped for court. Although she was not my attorney per se, I quickly realize: 1) My kids are well represented. 2) I would have been very happy if she was my attorney. Very Strong Recommendation.

Hired Attorney Ms. Kelly L. Fritsch

Bought-off. Never reported serious outcries from children and Counselors about child abuse! Never looked at school reports, interviewed medical providers or teachers. She does work with her buddies, to collect 100s of thousands in legal fees from both sides, for all to profit and to drag out divorces with minor children. Seems to be a bragging point for her, a real badge of pride. I don't know how she has a license still. What a horrible actress and so transparent. The whole plot is old news now. People are banning together now, best to come up with a fresh scam to stay relevant. It looks like it's still in full effect and again, transparent.

I had an overall terrible experience with kelly. She is non responsive almost always. She is too busy. I would not recommend her and wish i never hired her. It is hard to imagine any attorney being worse at her job.

Failing to respond or take action. Do not waste your time of finances. It was tough to pretend you didn't know you were getting taken for a ride. All of what you read that gives the profession a bad name. This is one opinion.
