Hired Attorney Jon M. Wagner

Jon Wagner was referred to us for a tenant/landlord lease dispute and later worked with us on a new lease agreement. He is very knowledgeable on Texas law, was patient in explaining things, and respectful of our time and billing hours. He wrote in notes on the new lease agreement and helped us to negotiate a better lease for us. His confidence and clear knowing of the laws helped us go against a very pushy realtor. Hired Attorney Jon M. Wagner

Mr. Wagner is a knowledgeable ethical lawyer. He works hard for his clients. Sometimes it feels like he isn't doing anything because we are fearful and frustrated but in reality he is. He knows everything about your case and is mindful on billing hours. Unfortunately, the law is the law and just going through the process is very stressful but he is able to navigate the system quite well. I know that we are in good hands. Jon Wagner is an excellent lawyer, among the best in Houston.

Jon was under a tight deadline to complete documents needed to sell my property and he did a very good job working with the title company to stay on scheduled with my desired closing date. In addition, Jon was very responsive and reliable on advising me on key aspects of my contractual agreement with the buyer.

Hired Attorney Jon M. Wagner

Jon doesn't have any knowledge in tax planning, he missed several appointments and sometimes kept me waiting for 1.5 hours without notifying me. He's lazy for the work he does but super efficient to bill your credit card.
