Avoid the Daspit Law firm, using them was one of the worst decisions of my life. They're both incompetent and unethical, they will put their interests above yours, inflate their fees over 65%, and use unethical relationships with PM&R firms to mislead the insurance companies and reduce your benefits under 10%. They will also hide key case information from you until it's too late, ignore your requests, and they have extremely high-turnover to where your case extends past the statute of limitations and your attorney-client discussions are lost. You'll have to dismiss your personal injury suit(s) to get rid of them.
