I was referred to this law firm and so far it has been a terrible experience. They do not provide updates unless you call them. They drag their feet to get things done. I’m currently waiting on them to approve a MAJOR surgery that i need, i have been waiting for this two weeks now. There is always some excuse when i call to ask why it’s not being approved. They don’t seem to care at all and they don’t seem like they will fight for anything for you as far as your settlement. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. I will never ever in my life hire them again.
