Jennifer Tomsen focuses on litigation and arbitration, concentrating on labor and employment claims as well as commercial matters for financial institutions. She regularly practices before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), AAA, and JAMS as well as in state and federal courts. She has defended claims of racial, religious, disability, age, and sexual orientation discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, selling away, tortious interference, noncustomer claims, and U-5 defamation. She has also handled various matters for bank clients, including claims involving unauthorized checks and wire transfers. Her representations have included defending broker-dealers in customer disputes and regulatory matters. In addition, Jennifer has represented clients in a wide variety of other commercial disputes.
