Mrs McCarty is certainly knowledgeable but disaapered for almost three months without returning phone calls or emails. Her response once finally getting back in touch was that she simply had some issues come up. This would have been good to hear from either her husband, son or someone from their staff. Our case took almost a year when she initially said it would take 6-7 months. Once the case was done she has requested over $1000 in additional fees when she initially said the retainer would likely pay for the entire case unless private investigators and depositions were needed. She of course pushed for both, but we ended up not using either of those services. {para}Mrs. McCarty also served papers to our other party that included a former clients of her firms name in one or more sections of the discovery. This caused her to have to resend the paperwork to the defendant and refile the paperwork with the court. {para}All in all, we have to say we are very disappointed in the professionalism exhibited by Mrs McCarty and her colleagues. I wish I would have seen this review before choosing to work with her.
