Hired Attorney Mr. James Leitner

Leitner did not utilize credentials on 12/17/2020 when assisting with an unfounded charge of Credit/Debit Abuse. LIEtner works for District Attorney's Office and disobeyed Kim Ogg who expressly ordered EVIDENCE BASED prosecution. For this type of crime, there will ALWAYS be a receipt available. Not one receipt was filed. Years later, no receipt has been presented. I was sued in Civil Court for approaching Complainant and other relevant personnel of "The Company". From October2021 - May2022 no receipt shown but all emails I sent were "kept in the course of regularly conducted business activity". I filed on own behalf and Judge ruled in my favor. Complainant of unfounded charge is from Saint Paul, MN. I noticed LIEtner went to school VERY close to Saint Paul, MN...🤔

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
