My suit involved a large bank and their failure to adhere to Texas law. Mr. Pappas started off strong, but lost interest as time progressed. I believe he was simply in over his head and didn't care to do the research necessary.
Gus Pappas is deceptive and thinks he is cunning and can outsmart everyone in order to pretend that he knows the law. He is weak and does not have the ability, skills or the knowledge to successfully practice law so he fabricates documents and uses alternate methods other than the truth to build a case. These traits ultimately lost me my case. Opposing counsel destroyed him. However, I was charged heavily.
I should had trusted the review more before I hired the lawyer Gus and his team. It is one of weakest and most deceiving lawyers you can meet. If you are looking for a strong lawyer and his team that know how to use the law to defend you then definitely do not go with Gus Pappas firm, he is a lawyer that knows what his doing by not using the law knowelge that he should use to benefit you, he only listens to you at the beginning and after that he keeps drugging you in more and more steps without any legal advises or strong defensive opinion trying to fool you hoping you keep hiring him to do more work that he keeps charging you for. The only times Gus and his team respond fast to you when they want to collect payment. We all ready to pay for someone genuine in his work, care for your benifits instead of taking advetage of you... Shame on them.
Gus Pappas and his team one of the most deceiving and weakest law firm you can meet. All what he is good about is not to use the laws to benifit you, he does that intentionally to charge you for more steps.
The Pappas family are neighbors . . . surprisingly unfriendly ones! I learned through a friend just how aggressive Gus is as a prosecuting attorney. He prosecuted her on a minor violation, and actually fabricated evidence to try to get a conviction. They never make any effort to get to know me, yet have criticized me to mutual friends. While I’d want an attorney that would work to protect my rights, I’d NEVER support one that was that unfriendly and unethical!
