I hired this attorney twice. He made me believe he was working on my cases. He never did anything and barely answers the phone and call back he make me signed a contract telling me about the hours and all he did 2021-2022-2023 and he never called back. I paid him over 20k and he never did anything. I want justice and I will do anything to make sure people know about this attorney. I am just angry to believe this persona was a good attorney. Just found out he was not even allow to practice the years he scam me. I signed a contract with Mr.Oggero 2022, he led me to believe that he was working on my Case, he kept lying to me saying he and his paralegal were doing a fantastic job, one year later he stopped all communications with me, no phone calls or emails just like he dropped off the face of the World. it has been one year and a half and still NO RESPONSE! I sent him email wanting answers, telling him I was going to report his actions to Texas State Bar, still nothing.I would never ever reccomend hiring this man or his firm. I am still searching for Attorney.
