Hired Attorney Mr. Joel Simon

Hello. I have just read on this site about a client of Joel Simon tha he did nothing on her case for over a year. Believe it or not he also did it to me. 14 months after hiring his firm foir my Injury Joel stated he had not even talked to the insurance company. I had to call him and only then he stated he was withdrawing from my case. I am shocked that his firm did this to me. The web page states they will aggressively handle my case and keep me informed of the status. They did not do as promised. I would advise anyone dealing with this firm be aware of the promises made but not kept. Im going to take action against this firm for what they have done to me.

Hired Attorney Mr. Joel Simon

Very disappointed and upset after having my case for over a year I get a email saying that he is no longer representing me no reason just not repressing me a year wasted very upset I would not recommend or use this law firm they do not care about anyone but themselves
