They have been an ally for me and my claim against ITC. It has taken a while but it was explained to me that these types of lawsuits take a longer time becuase of the massive amount of people affected. Thank you for fighting for me!!
This law firm took over our ITC case. They lacked communication and found every way to deduct money from our winnings. They continually try to hold you back from receiving your payment and unlawfully use tactics to try to take more than their fair share of the settlement. Then they threaten you that if you want your payment, you have to sign documents that give false statements of their communication and breakdown of the settlement. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!! And Trish Franco, their legal assistant is rude, snippy and gets an attitude when you ask her questions.
Highly unethical and extremely untrustworthy. Disbarment should NOT be off the table with this firm. Would NOT recommend.
