REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Defended landowners in Public Utility Commission of Texas condemnation proceedings to select Competitive Renewable Energy Zone transmission line routes throughout Texas.

Participated in the research that led to the successful defense of a site-based nuisance claim resulting in the holding that noise produced by commercial wind turbines in rural areas does not constitute a nuisance.
