The 'comments' on this site re John Egbert are ridiculous and are obviously the work of one nutcase unhappy client. I've used John and his team for patent and copyright work since 2000 and have never, EVER felt that b/c we are a small company, that we weren't important. I will continue to use John Egbert for the entire period of our needing IP, patent and copyright legal work.
He will overcharge you by thousands of dollars and deceive you; is never at his office (always on a cruise or at least that's what you are told by his administrative assistant); horrible service and will swindle you. Stay away from John (Jon) S. Egbert and his law office.
Overcharges his clients for hundreds of thousands of dollars; not very communicative or responsive; and he does not recall much of the trademark law due to his dementia and advanced age.
Untrustworthy, Fraudulent, and Incompetent Attorney who will severely and aggressively overcharge you for his inadequate legal services! Stay away from this fraudster lawyer and find someone trustworthy.
Horrible and Unresponsive Lawyer. Highly Incompetent.
UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNETHICAL, & INCOMPETENT LAWYER. Currently Being investigated for UNETHICAL CONDUCT & FRAUD by Professional Ethics Committees of State Bar of Texas. As a former Client, I would advise all potential clients to stay away from this lawyer his law firm (Egbert Law Offices). They're manipulative, indirect, & overcharge tens of thousands for their unsound legal service! More importantly, they've engaged in ethics violations in relations to their clients.
UNTRUSTWORTHY & UNETHICAL. Currently Being investigated for Unethical Conduct & Fraud by Professional Ethics Committees of the State Bar of Texas. As a former Client, I would advise all potential clients to stay away from this lawyer (John S. Egbert) and his law firm (Egbert Law Offices). They're manipulative, indirect, & overcharged me by $20,000 for their unsound legal service! More importantly, they've engaged in ethics violations in relations to their clients.
John S. Egbert and his associate, Junior Attorney, Michael F. Swartz are unethical, inept, deceptive and dishonest attorneys that lack professional competence and lack the negotiation skill needed. IN ADDITION, THE WORST INFARCTION OF ALL IS THAT JOHN S. EGBERT AND HIS ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY, MICHAEL F. SWARTZ, WILL ENGAGE IN MANIPULATION AND DECEPTION, NOT TO MENTION ILLEGAL ETHICAL BEHAVIOR TO OVER-PRICE & OVER-CHARGE for THEIR LEGAL SERVICES. GET TRUSTED LAWYER.STAY AWAY FROM THE EGBERT LAW FIRM
BE WARNED! DO NOT USE JOHN S EGBERT LAW OFFICE FOR ANY TRADEMARK OR PATENT WORK OR ANY LEGAL SERVICES. JOHN S. EGBERT is DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE / UNTRUSTWORTHY, enages in HIGHLY UNETHICAL PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR / CONDUCT, & WORST NEGOTIATOR I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. AS A CLIENT (Former), JOHN EGBERT is not the attorney you need. FIND AN HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY ATTORNEY ELSEWHEE FOR YOUR PATENTS AND TRADEMARKS NEEDS! STAY AWAY FROM EGBERT LAW OFFICE!
