Hired Attorney

We consulted with Mr. Bledsoe on a Contract for Deed in February. After trying to resolve issues with the seller to no avail, we hired David in May. We consulted other attorney's who seemed disinterested and told us we had no cause of action. David seemed to think otherwise, quoting statues that govern over real property. Thanks to David, we won our case, had money that was wrongfully charged, returned to us and a new legally correct contract. We can finally rest easy knowing our home is secure.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
