Hired Attorney Mr. John Daspit

When I was injured, through no fault of my own, I contacted Daspit Law Firm to represent me. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the process regarding my options, the timeline, potential outcomes, what was needed from me, and what the next steps were. They were genuinely concerned about my well-being throughout the process and were very knowledgeable in the field of personal injury law. My attorney communicated effectively and often enough that I felt assured that helping me in my case was important to him. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who suffered an injury on the job, on the road, at an event, or in any other situation. In my case, I got the medical attention I needed, and my attorney at the Daspit Law Firm was able to get me a satisfactory settlement.

Hired Attorney Mr. John Daspit

Avoid the Daspit Law firm, using them was one of the worst decisions of my life. They're both incompetent and unethical, they will put their interests above yours, inflate their fees over 65%, and use unethical relationships with PM&R firms to mislead the insurance companies and reduce your benefits under 10%. They will also hide key case information from you until it's too late, ignore your requests, and they have extremely high-turnover to where your case extends past the statute of limitations and your attorney-client discussions are lost. You'll have to dismiss your personal injury suit(s) to get rid of them.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
