I went to see Mrs. Tracy's office in December 2010 and my case wasn't worked on until March. I was also told that the services would cost roughly $2,500 but was getting charged for more money with no end in sight. I know had I stayed with that attorney I would have been out well over $5K. I would call the office occasionally to check on the progress and would not get a return phone call. With that said, when I did finally get to speak to her other employees, they were very helpful and kind.
