Hired Attorney Mr. Crespin Linton

I have worked with over 350 attorneys in court because I am an expert witness. Our client was totally innocent and facing life in prison based on a fake diary allegedly written by an 11 year old child but actually written by his ex-wife who had worked as a secretary and had a superb command of English grammar and spelling and punctuation. She told the police and district attorneys in 3 states that her eleven year old daughter had written the diary accusing her father of molesting her and her sister. Two lying police experts in two states backed up the mother with NO STANDARDS of the handwriting of the mother or child. I had over 50 exhibits. I won my clients freedom in two states. The first Judge had a 40 page decision. The Jury in Texas studied the handwriting and the grammar with the commas and semi-colons and the client was acquitted. Crespin M. Linton was brilliant as an attorney.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
