Mr. Jackson continued in private practice until 1998 when he served our community in the Harris County District Attorney’s office prosecuting cases in felony and misdemeanor courts.
In 2002, Mr. Jackson reentered private practice when he joined Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto & Aziz. During nearly seventeen years there, he focused his work on a wide variety of personal injury cases, and he also handled select commercial litigation, including business dissolution, real estate disputes, employment matters, and fiduciary liability. Because of the depth of his experience, Mr. Jackson is frequently asked to speak at legal seminars, primarily addressing recent rulings by the Texas Supreme Court, and he has been recognized by Thomson Reuters as a Super Lawyer every year since 2012.
