Charles Maurice Stam is a founding partner at Thompson Stam and serves "of counsel" to the Bullock Legal Group in Atlanta, Georgia. Based in the firm’s Texas and Mississippi offices, Charles offers his exceptional legal prowess grounded in a robust educational background. He completed his preparatory education at Horace Mann and undergraduate studies at Columbia University before earning an academic scholarship to the University of Texas School of Law, from which he graduated with honors. Further honing his skills, he clerked for the Honorable Debra M. Brown and pursued an LL.M. with honors in trial advocacy from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Charles specializes in catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims that involve complex legal and technical challenges. His practice spans a wide array of areas, including trucking, maritime, oil and gas, premises liability, and more. In addition, Charles represents mass tort claimants and government entities in affirmative litigation and is currently advancing video game addiction claims for public entities.
