This review is at least 11 years late, but as they say... Dalia Stokes was able to sort out my mother's extremely complicated oil and gas estate, even though my mom had to use a Legalzoom tool and a mobile notary at the last minute. I feel that we would have lost control of everything without Dalia's help. We had to make ancillary filings in several counties. I still think of her almost every time I think of my mom and how they both took care of me in their own unique ways. Because of what I learned with my mom's estate, I was motivated to have Bayless and Stokes draw up a will for me. Don't put off making your own arrangements. Do it now!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
