Anita Creech is a highly accomplished attorney known for her dedication to advocacy and her impressive academic background. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of St. Thomas-Houston, where she discovered her passion for the courtroom as a member of the mock trial team. Her talent and enthusiasm quickly led her to the role of co-captain. Anita won numerous “Outstanding Attorney” awards at both regional and national levels for her advocacy skills.
Anita pursued her legal education at South Texas College of Law-Houston, renowned for its rigorous advocacy program. There, she excelled in both mock trial and moot court, culminating in her recognition as a national quarterfinalist at the American Association of Justice Student Advocacy Competition. Her exceptional skills in trial advocacy earned her induction into the National Order of the Barristers, an esteemed honor society that celebrates outstanding trial advocacy achievements.
Anita’s legal career began during her undergraduate studies with a clerkship at an insurance defense firm, providing her with a solid foundation in legal practice. She further honed her skills with a clerkship at a boutique personal injury firm before joining Abraham Watkins. At Abraham Watkins, Anita’s practice focuses on personal injury law, including cases involving automobile accidents, catastrophic injuries, explosions, products liability, and wrongful death.
Anita graduated from South Texas College of Law Houston cum laude in 2023. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
