Andrew Drapkin is unworthy of any praise. He is self-serving and dishonest. The man lies blatantly. He tried to deceive me by getting me to sign a waiver so he could endorse my signature on the settlement and disbursement sheet. I caught him and demanded to see the final settlement page. After some delay, he finally handed it over. Sure enough, he inflated the bills and tried to keep the extra money for himself. The man is a joke. Very lazy and puts in very little effort. He is too old and should retire. He is not cognitively alert and drinks on the job—call him after 2 pm, and he’s slurring or crying over his dead father. VERY INAPPROPRIATE! Whoever referred you to him is not a friend—you are being fed to the wolves. He is a crook. Also, he loves to gossip and cannot be trusted to keep attorney-client privilege. My experience with him was terrible—one of the worst decisions I made was not firing him sooner. Don't make the same mistake.
Terrible. Sent me to a fraudulent right of health care imaging centers and providers. My lawsuit was full of fraudulent bills, he accepted a settlement without my consent to save himself from being found out…I was left permanently disabled from a spinal injury caused by his provider they deleted the surgical records. He is a really bad man. He lies non stop. If he sends you to AD East hospital RUN for your life. He is the devil. He is running a pure scam he will give you one set of bills and submit another keeping a big chunk of the money supposed to be for the bills for himself.
Andrew Drapkin is a scoundrel and a cheat. Go to a reputable firm this man will destroy your life. Not trustworthy, very evil man. Lies, fraud, extortion, concealment, you can expect all that and more! Stay away from this man at all costs. He is a one man show and so you have no one to complain to AND you will have complaints - he is irreverent.
It is my opinion Mr Drapkin did very little per-settlement investigation, He cost me lots of unnecessary pain and loss of money his end of the settlement was more than I received, I endured the pain and He received the most gain.
