Worst form ever. Extremely negligent and non communicative. I’ve been waiting for a resolution and settlement for 2 years. Because they dragged their feet so bad, I’ll only receive $1.5k out of $21k from an accident that changed my life in a matter of 3 days. The other driver/ insurance claimed at fault from the start. Not only were they not persistent and proactive about the case, they were very dismissive when I could get in contact with someone. I signed my client pay acceptance documents 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything from anyone since. Nor can I reach anyone at the office or the owner, Ali. I feel cheated and mistreated. If you are truly in need of help in a time of need like I was, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. I still haven’t received any money or sense of comfort or resolution. Please, please, find a better option. Don’t get cheated out of your settlement and recovery like I being right now.
