Our personal injury firm has been serving and protecting the rights of seriously injured people and families of loved ones killed by the negligence of others since 1951.

Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner was founded originally in 1951 under the firm name of Hill, Brown, Kronzer and Abraham, consisting of John L. Hill, J. Curtiss Brown, W. James Kronzer and Frank T. Abraham, all graduates of the University of Texas Law School. The firm began with a general practice of civil liability cases with emphasis on personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, admiralty, railroad, aviation and general tort law. The firm continues to practice in these areas and encourages professional development of all partners and associates in continuing legal education, seminars, professional association activities and civic affairs.

I been a client of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner since 2019. I contacted them to get help on the 3M lawsuit case and got everything but that help. I never even spoke to an attorney until July 2024 only been speaking to their secretary Dee Julian. To be fair the 3M lawsuit is an astronomical of a case and most it was during the Covid epidemic. I know this was no easy task and there was a lot on their plate, but I feel like they bite off more they can chew. That time period was tough on me too. I am a single father of 3 children under the age of 10 at the time. Our school district was online learning. Covid had us in a choke hold, so I had to cook more, clean more, teach more, shop more, more of everything. I served our Country for over 6 years of active duty in the U.S. Army deployed to Iraq 09-10 and answered the call of duty when most wouldn't. I have a lot of disabilities now and needed some help even though I don't like to ask for help. Tinnitus is like no other.

Hired Attorney Benny Agosto Jr.

Benny Agosto is Knowledgeable, but he will use that against his own clients, he is dishonest, has no morality, he is arrogant and has no sensitivity for the situation and well-being of his clients. I know all these because I am a current client and have been for about 5 years. He has been dragging my case, forcing me to settle, so that he doesn't have to work on it. He is doesn't care one but about their clients, with my hand to my heart I can say that, but he will make you believe otherwise. I am not accusing him of being stupid. Him and his firm business trade is a wholesale company; they take cases by numbers and settle them as soon as they can, disregarding if their clients need further treatment or actual investigative work. He will not work diligently in a specific personal case, he would just settle it and force you to settle. He will convince you your offers are great even if you are still in pain. Trust me, RUN AWAY. He still has my case and won't let me get medical treatment

After reviewing the details of my case, she says d her firm would pursue a lawsuit. Spent almost two years retrieving everything she requested. I responded quickly to every request. In the end, she informed me that they would not move forward because time had run out. She tried to blame me. She and her colleague also informed me that in all the Medical records there was no indication of anything that would cause my shoulder injury. Did the really think that the records would indicate that I had been dropped after my spinal surgery? Or as they suggested that I was injured in some other way? I woke up from anesthesia with a paralyzed left arm. The Surgeon told me that it was common after my type of surgery and would heal. Two years later and I have about 40% function in my arm and I am left-handed. A totally disappointing experience. I would give Lena ZERO STARS!

Agosto is only interested in cases that give him the spotlight and the promise of a huge payday. If you don't fit his shallow criteria you can expect to be dismissed, dishonest dialogue and the value of your time to be disregarded. Agosto is the kind of lawyer that gives lawyers a bad name.
