I was injured on the job due to a no fault accident. I was very reluctant to hire an attorney because I had no desire to sue the company I work for. After a year of fighting workers comp and being denied for basic test like a CT scan and being denied over and over for a second surgery after workers comp covered the first. Without Bill Abbott workers comp was going to cancel me without any hope of recovery. Now I have hope. My recommendation is if you have a serious work injury contact Bill Abbott immediately… like from the ER. He even discovered that for a year worker’s compensation had been under paying

The law from accepted my case and rapidly developed a worker’s compensation claim which entitled me to receive monetary compensation. Mr. Joseph Bedoy and his team did a wonderful job. We communicate via email but he responded to every email and concern I had. I find NO fault in the Abbott law firm and his team of attorney. Reached out to law firm from a reference , Mr Clay helped me get workmans comp back on track after bosses lied to workmans comp adjuster and had the Insurnace’s declining all treatment . Clay helped fight to get some wages. Not happy with some of the communications tactics they use with there clients , it all is water under a bridge tho. If you’re needing help , give this firm a try. Not sure if justice will be earned , you maybe be dropped without any notice other than a mailed letter. If needing help, they can get you somewhere , maybe not full recovery , surgery, they do something tho!
