It was a simple real estate transaction in case of our deaths, designating our children to be co-owners.
Throughout my divorce, Brad was not my advocate and allowed many untruths, lies go un-objected to, resulting in a poor settlement in my divorce, including losing custody of my adopted biological grandson. Also, after the first decree was issued, I asked him to appeal it through the appellate court, but instead, he filed a motion for retrial, reconsideration etc, and the appeal went through the same judge, and again, my ex told lies and Eidson didn't ask for proof.
He does not act in the best interests of his clients, but is concerned with his self-image to the judges he appears before. He does not communicate well but sends his bill in a very timely matter!
He did not "object" when statements were made that could not be substantiated. When I asked to appeal the court decision, he filed a motion for retrial, not what we discussed, new judge, appellate court. He was not his client's advocate and I would not recommend him
